近日,上海海洋大学赵月亮博士为通讯作者、研发中心项雷文教授为第三作者、福建省-印尼海洋食品联合研发中心作为共同第一单位的《Effect of chemical modification of κ-carrageenan on its inhibitory effect against heterocyclic amine (HAs) formation in roasted tilapia fish patties》论文发表在《International Journal of Biological Macromolecules》上(IF=8.2,SCI一区)。
